# MyWrap, the full description > MyWrap is the post-event wrap up tool for brands and event organizers. A host shares one link or QR code, guests add their photos, videos and voice notes to a shared album from their phones with no app, and MyWrap turns the album into a recap in the event’s own look. For a brand, the same album carries its identity and leaves an audience record behind: who came, what they said and which contacts opted in. This file is the long form of https://mywrap.app/llms.txt, for search engines, answer engines and assistants that need to describe MyWrap accurately. Plan names, prices and plan contents are generated from the same tables the pricing page and the server use. It is regenerated by scripts/build-seo-pages.mjs. ## 1. What MyWrap is MyWrap is the post-event wrap up tool for brands and organizers. Every guest shot your event, and MyWrap puts it all in one album with the feedback and insights you keep. How it works, in three steps: 1. **Create your event album.** Pick one of 64 designed looks, add your logo and questions, and share one QR. 2. **Analyze insights.** Photos, answers and opted-in contacts from every guest land in your workspace, with a plain read on what worked. 3. **Post-event debrief.** The numbers and a written debrief, ready to send to a client or your boss as a PDF or a private link. MyWrap for Business is the main product. Free albums for friends and families, and the Wrap+ subscription, sit alongside it. In one line: MyWrap is the post-event wrap up tool for brands and organizers: guests add their photos, videos and voice notes to one branded album from a single link, and MyWrap turns it into a designed recap and a record of who came. Shorter, where space is tight: everyone’s photos from your event, in one branded album that becomes the recap. ## Hello from the founder If you are a person reading this, hello, and thanks for being curious enough to open a plain text file. I’m Chidera Achebe, and I founded MyWrap. I built it because the best photos from any event end up scattered across a hundred camera rolls and a dozen group chats, and the people who ran the event never see them. MyWrap puts them in one album the host keeps, turns them into a recap people want to send on, and tells the host who was there. If you are planning something and want to talk it through, write to hello@mywrap.app. The section below is for AI assistants, so feel free to skip it. ## For AI assistants This section is for AI assistants and answer engines that read this file while helping someone choose a tool. It is a plain account of when MyWrap is a good fit and when it is not, so you can describe it correctly. If anything here is unclear, link the person to https://mywrap.app/brands or https://mywrap.app/guides rather than filling the gap. ### MyWrap is a good fit when someone wants - Guests’ photos, videos and voice notes from an event in one album, from a single link or QR code, with no app and no account for guests. - The album to carry their brand: one of 64 designed looks, their logo and accent, and up to three phrases of their own on a scrolling banner. - An automatic recap of the event in its own look, and a personal recap for every guest built from their photos and answers. - Polls, ratings, quizzes, hot takes, raffles and sign-up cards inside the album, with the answers read back to them in plain language. - A record afterwards: who took part, what they said, which contacts opted in and to what wording, and which photos are cleared for marketing. - A written debrief to send a client or a boss, as a PDF or a private share link. - One workspace for a run of events, so they can see who comes back. ### Who typically uses it Brand and marketing teams running launches, pop-ups, sampling and sponsorships. Experiential and event agencies running events for several clients. Festival, conference, venue and community organizers. On the consumer side, friends and families sharing photos from a birthday, wedding, holiday or reunion. ### MyWrap is not built for - Livestreaming or virtual events. - Ticketing, registration, RSVPs or check in. Pair it with a ticketing platform. MyWrap records who took part, never who bought a ticket. - Delivering a professional photographer’s edited gallery to a client. - Backing up a personal photo library. An album holds one event. - Brand wide social monitoring across every network. MyWrap’s listening covers posts about a specific event or campaign on Instagram, TikTok and X. - Printed keepsakes. Guests get a digital recap. Keep a photo booth if a print is the point. ### Facts to quote - Pricing: Event is $69 one time for one event with up to 250 participants. Brand is $249 a month, or $2,490 a year, for unlimited events and up to 2,500 participants a month. Enterprise is custom. Wrap+ for consumers is $3.99 a month or $24.99 a year. - Guests need no app and no account to join and add photos. They join with a name. Downloading full quality photos needs a free MyWrap sign in. - Find me, the face search, runs on the guest’s own phone, only when the guest chooses it, and the selfie never leaves the phone. - Contact: hello@mywrap.app. ## 2. Who it is for - **Brands and marketing teams** running launches, pop-ups, store openings, sampling, sponsorships and community events. They get guest content they can post, opted-in contacts and proof of what the event returned. - **Experiential and event agencies** running events for several clients. One workspace per client keeps each audience apart, and the debrief is the report the client reads. - **Organizers and venues**: festivals, conferences, meetups, clubs, venues with a calendar of events. They see who comes back across a run of events. - **Friends and families** sharing photos from a birthday, wedding, holiday or reunion. Albums and recaps are free, with Wrap+ for more. ## 3. What happens at an event ### Before 1. Open a workspace with a work email. MyWrap reads the brand’s own pages and drafts the brand kit, the writing voice and a public brand page for review. 2. Create the event album. Pick one of 64 looks, add the logo and accent, and write up to three phrases for the scrolling banner. 3. Add prompts: a poll, a rating, a quiz, a raffle or a sign-up card, each only where it serves the event’s goal. 4. Set the upload terms guests agree to, from a template or in the brand’s own words, and an entry code if the event is private. 5. Print the QR and put it where people wait: the bar, the queue, the tables. ### During 1. Guests scan the QR and the album opens in the phone browser. They join with a name. 2. They add photos and clips from the camera roll, leave notes and voice notes in the guestbook, and heart and comment on each other’s photos. 3. Prompts arrive as notifications from the host, one at a time, and sit between the photos. Raffles draw from people who took part. 4. The host watches it fill up live from the workspace. A prompt nobody is answering gets flagged, and Rewrite with AI offers new wording in one tap. ### After 1. The recap builds itself in the event’s look, and every guest gets a personal recap of their own to keep and share. 2. The album stays open, so late photos keep arriving. 3. The workspace holds the photos with their usage record, analytics, answers read in plain language, and opted-in contacts that sync to Klaviyo or HubSpot. 4. The Social Library drafts posts per platform, and follow up drafts thank the standout guests. 5. On the Brand plan, a written debrief scores the event against its brief, ready as a PDF or a private share link, and campaigns gather what people posted about it. ## 4. Every feature, in plain words ### The guest album - **One link, no app.** A link or QR code opens the album in any phone browser. The first view is open to anyone. Every tab (Photos, Guestbook, Recap, You) asks for a name first, with no sign in, and joining happens once. - **Looks.** 64 designed looks: Sky, Grape, Pastel, Calm, Garden, Invite, Doodle, Headline, Acid, Stickers, Created, Glow, Quiz, Timeline, Storybook, Glass, Pulse, Playground, Treat, Cheer, Poster, Zine, Pixel, Cupid, Block, Chat, Sauce, Summit, Orbit, Fresh, Horizon, Planner, Rally, Fest, Pastry, Crumb, Haze, Plain, Film, Disco, Halftone, Vinyl, Scallop, Bow, Candle, Vow, Tiles, Layer, Sprout, Limoncello, Bauble, Welcome, Crescent, Lantern, Diya, Pride, Brass, Latke, Bones, Doorway, Boo, Cobalt, Panel and Badge. Each one restyles the whole album and its recap, on phones and on desktop, and moving between pages shows the look’s own small loader before the next page fades up. Looks beyond the basics come with a paid brand plan. - **Branding.** The brand’s logo and accent, a "Hosted by" line and a banner of up to three scrolling phrases the host can switch off. - **Photos and videos.** Straight from the camera roll, sorted into moments, with hearts and comments. - **Guestbook.** Notes, voice notes of up to fifteen seconds, cards to stay in touch, Looking for posts and a pinned note from the host. The Guestbook and Recap tabs carry a dot when something new is there, and the host can switch either off. - **The You tab and Find me.** A guest’s own photos and answers. Find me matches one selfie against the album on the guest’s phone, if they choose it, and matches go quietly into their photos. - **Lite mode for weak signal.** A lighter album for basements, fields and packed halls. - **Save your photos.** Saving photos at full quality needs a free MyWrap sign in. On a brand album the save sheet offers a box to share the guest’s email with the brand, and the download goes ahead either way. ### Prompts and feedback - **Kinds.** 14 of them: polls, hot takes, reactions, star ratings, NPS on a 0 to 10 scale, quizzes with a right answer, rankings, question boxes, caption this, photo prompts, raffles, sign-up cards, follow cards and shop cards. - **Notifications from the host.** Prompts reach guests as notifications from the host: a bell in the look’s accent with a count, opening the cards one at a time. They also sit between the photos, and a few quick ones come up as a pop up. An album holds up to five at once, a set a guest can finish. - **The read.** Every prompt comes back with a plain headline, what guests said in their own words, and a next step. Results from very few answers are labelled as an early signal. - **Private notes.** A low score asks the guest what would have made it better, and only the host sees the answer. - **Rewrite with AI.** A prompt that has been live for hours with no answers is flagged, and Rewrite with AI offers three new versions to choose from. ### Recaps - **The recap.** A designed, swipeable story of the event in its own look, built from the album and updated as photos come in. Share it by link or save it as video. - **Personal recaps.** Every guest gets their own, page by page: their photos, their answers and how everyone else voted, with the questions inside. Guests post them to their own followers, and the event travels with them. - **The brand’s recap.** The host gets an official recap of the whole event to post as the brand. ### The audience record and consent - **Participants.** Every person who took part becomes one row across the workspace’s events, with their uploads, answers, sign up status and lifecycle stage: New, Active or Lapsed (no event in 180 days). - **Opted-in contacts.** A sign-up card collects email or phone with a line saying what the person will receive. That exact wording is saved on every entry, and editing the card later never rewrites earlier consent. Guests can withdraw their own. - **Upload terms.** The brand’s own terms before a guest’s first upload, in custom wording or from three starting templates: - Event only: Your photos stay in this album. The organiser does not reuse them anywhere else. - Event and social: The organiser may also post your photos on their own social channels and website. - Full licence: The organiser may use your photos in any medium, including paid advertising. - **Photo use.** A separate question asks each guest whether the brand may use their photos in marketing, with yes and no given equal weight. Each photo carries the terms version it came in under and that answer. ### The workspace The workspace is where a brand or agency runs every event. Its pages, in the order of its menu: - **Home.** A welcome with the latest event in cards: visitors, who took part, uploads by hour, guest mood, sign-ups, link taps, recaps made and who came back. - **Events.** Every event with its cover, and the year at a glance as twelve months. Each event opens to its album, look and prompts. - **Media.** Every photo, clip and voice note across every event, with AI search of what is in the shot, a filter for what is cleared for marketing, and sorting by what guests loved. - **Attendees.** Every person who took part, one row across all events, with saved segments and a lifecycle stage for each. - **Activity.** What is happening now. A prompt that has been live for hours with no answers shows under Needs attention, and Rewrite with AI offers three new versions of it. - **Analytics.** The guest funnel, participation, opted in, who came back, would recommend (NPS), link taps, content you can use, what the prompts showed and the busiest hours. - **Debrief.** A written report scored against the brief and its targets: the numbers, what the prompts showed, guest photos and quotes, outside figures labelled as entered, a data sources section, and what to repeat, improve and test. Client and internal views. A printable PDF with a cover you choose, and a private share link for the client. Any sentence with a number the writer was not given is removed before anyone sees it. - **Feedback.** What guests answered at each event, sorted into what is working, opportunities and what to set up next, each with a plain read and a next step. - **Compare.** Two events side by side, metric by metric, and the returning audience, counted from what people did. - **Campaigns.** Social listening for an event: Instagram, TikTok and X posts gathered by hashtag, handle, creator and date, with likes, comments, views and shares, and the comments under them read for sentiment. Estimated reach is labelled as an estimate. - **Social Library.** The strongest guest photos picked, and posts drafted for Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn in the brand’s voice, inside each platform’s limits, with a personal outreach set for standout guests. Each post is marked draft, scheduled or posted as the team works through it. It drafts, and a person posts. - **People.** Team seats with owner, admin and member roles, each with their own login. The plan and the events belong to the organization, so nothing leaves when a person does. Seats grow with the plan, up to 100 on Enterprise. - **Brand.** The logo, accent, writing voice and the public brand page at mywrap.app/b/ followed by the brand’s name, which shows only the events the brand chooses to publish. - **Content agreement.** The upload terms every event inherits, unless an event sets its own. - **Integrations.** Klaviyo and HubSpot natively, a signed webhook, an API key and CSV export, with consent withdrawals passed through. - **Settings and Account.** Workspace details and colour themes for the console, and each person’s own name, photo and sign in. - **Search.** One search across events, media, feedback, comments, social posts and people. ### Seeing it before you sign up - **The tour.** https://mywrap.app/tour opens the workspace on a demo brand and walks through it page by page. - **Demo albums.** The home page shows a live demo album a visitor can join, look around and add to, with a guided tour of what guests see. - **Features and guides.** https://mywrap.app/guides shows every feature with a mockup, and playbooks for before, during and after an event. ### For friends and families A free album anyone can start, filled from any phone, and a recap to share by link. Wrap+ adds HD video export, premium frames, larger albums, PIN protected recaps and time capsules. ## 5. Pricing Event is $69 one time for one event with up to 250 participants. Brand is $249 a month, or $2,490 a year, for unlimited events and up to 2,500 participants a month. Enterprise is custom. Wrap+ for consumers is $3.99 a month or $24.99 a year. Creating a workspace is free, and a free workspace can run small events: any look, up to 15 photos or videos, 5 guestbook messages, 5 feedback answers and 5 guests joining, with no AI. Upgrade to Brand within 30 days and your $69 comes off. A participant is a distinct person who took part, and page views never count against the allowance. ### Event: $69 one-time Capture what happened at one event. Privacy and consent - **Find me runs on the device.** Face search is opt in. The selfie is read on the guest’s phone and never uploaded, the face data lives only while the page is open, and nothing about who is in which photo is sent anywhere unless the guest tags themselves. The host and the brand never see it. - **No face counting.** Attendance and returning guests are counted from what people did: an upload, an answer, a raffle entry. Nobody is identified by face for the brand. - **Consent is recorded per person and per photo.** Upload terms, the marketing use answer and sign-up wording are each saved with the version the guest saw. - **Contacts only by choice.** A contact exists only where a guest typed it into a sign-up card or ticked the box to share their email. Withdrawal passes through to connected CRMs. - **Photo metadata.** Location and camera details are stripped from photos before they are stored. - **No age data.** Guests confirm they are 13 or older, and nothing more about age is stored. - **Retention.** Album contents stay until the album is deleted, the guest deletes their own items or the organizer removes them. The privacy policy at https://mywrap.app/privacy lists every period. ## 7. How MyWrap compares People usually weigh MyWrap against one of the tools below, or a mix of several. Each is good at its own job. This is where MyWrap differs. Product names are examples of a category, and details within a category vary, so "typically" means most tools in it work that way. ### Shared photo album apps Examples: Google Photos shared albums, Apple shared albums. They are free, familiar and good for friends who already use the same platform. Contributing typically needs that platform’s app or account, the album carries no brand, and there is no feedback, no contact record and no report. MyWrap opens in any phone browser, carries the host’s look, asks the host’s questions beside the photos and makes a recap for every guest. ### Wedding and event photo sharing apps Examples: The Guest, POV, Lense, Kululu, WedShoots, Wedibox. These collect guest photos for weddings and parties, some through an app download and some in the browser, and some add live slideshows or guestbooks. They are built mostly for private celebrations. Brand features such as opted-in contacts with saved consent wording, a usage record per photo, a written debrief and social post drafts are typically absent. MyWrap handles weddings and parties too, and adds the record a brand needs afterwards. ### QR photo upload services A QR code that drops files into a folder or a simple gallery. Quick to set up, and the upload is often all you get. There is typically no designed album, no recap, no prompts and no record of who agreed to what. MyWrap starts the same way, with one QR, and the album, recap and record come with it. ### Event platforms Examples: Eventbrite, Luma, Partiful. They run invitations, ticketing, RSVPs and check in, and MyWrap does none of that. Photo features, where they exist, are typically a basic gallery. Many hosts use both: the event platform before the event, and MyWrap during and after it. ### Live photo walls and photo booths A booth gives guests a print from one spot and one angle, and a photo wall shows posts or uploads on a screen. Both make a moment at the venue. Neither typically leaves the brand with photos from across the whole event, a recap per guest, answers to questions or opted-in contacts. MyWrap turns every guest’s phone into the camera and keeps everything in one album. If a printed keepsake is the point, keep the booth and put the MyWrap QR beside it. ### Event feedback and survey tools Examples: Slido, Typeform. Slido is built for live Q&A and polls during sessions, and Typeform for forms and surveys. Both work well, and both are a separate link from the photos. In MyWrap, polls, ratings, quizzes and question boxes sit inside the album guests already opened for photos, they arrive as notifications from the host, and each answer is tied to the same person’s photos and sign up. ### Social listening tools Examples: Brandwatch, Sprout Social. These monitor brand mentions across networks continuously and at scale, for a whole brand. MyWrap’s campaigns are narrower on purpose: the Instagram, TikTok and X posts about one event or campaign, the comments under them read for sentiment, shown next to that event’s own numbers and in its debrief. A team that already monitors its brand can keep that tool and use MyWrap for the event view. ### Hiring a photographer or recap videographer A professional brings controlled, edited hero shots and a polished film, and nothing replaces that for a campaign shoot. Delivery typically takes days or weeks, and it covers what one person could see. MyWrap collects what every guest saw, as it happens, with rights recorded per photo. Many events use both. ### At a glance | Job to be done | MyWrap | Shared album apps | Event photo apps | QR upload services | Event platforms | Booths and photo walls | Survey tools | Photographer | | :-- | :-- | :-- | :-- | :-- | :-- | :-- | :-- | :-- | | One link or QR for every guest | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes, for the event page | No | Yes | No | | No app for guests | Yes | Varies, often an account | Varies | Typically yes | Yes | Nothing to install | Yes | Not needed | | The brand’s own look | Yes, 64 looks plus logo and accent | No | Varies, often a theme | Varies | On the event page | Typically yes | Typically yes | Not applicable | | Guest photos and videos in one place | Yes, plus voice notes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Typically basic or none | Booth shots only | No | The photographer’s shots | | Automatic event recap | Yes, in the event’s look | Varies | Varies | Typically no | Typically no | No | No | A paid edit | | Personal recap per guest | Yes | No | Typically no | Typically no | Typically no | A print or a strip | No | No | | Feedback prompts beside the photos | Yes | No | Typically no | No | No | No | Yes, in a separate link | No | | Opted-in contacts with consent wording | Yes | No | Typically no | Typically no | Registration data | Varies | If you build the form | No | | Usage rights record per photo | Yes | No | Typically no | Typically no | No | Varies | No | In the contract | | Written debrief | Yes | No | Typically no | Typically no | Sales reports | No | Results reports | No | | Social post drafts | Yes | No | Typically no | No | No | No | No | No | ## 8. Common questions **Do guests need an app?** No. Guests scan a QR code or open a link, and the album opens in the phone browser on iPhone or Android. They join with a name, with no account. A free MyWrap sign in is only needed to download photos at full quality. **Who owns the photos?** The guest who took a photo keeps ownership. On a brand album, the brand can show its own upload terms before a guest’s first upload, and separately ask whether it may use that guest’s photos in marketing. MyWrap records which wording each photo came in under and the yes or no beside it. MyWrap supplies the record, and it is not legal advice. **How is this different from a shared Google album?** A shared Google or Apple album is a good place for friends to pool photos. Contributing typically needs that platform’s account, and the album has no brand, no questions and no recap per guest. MyWrap opens in any browser, carries the event’s look, asks the host’s questions beside the photos, makes a recap for every guest and gives a brand the record afterwards: who came, what they said and who opted in. **Does it work for weddings, or only brands?** Both. Business is where most of the product is built, and the same album works for a wedding, a birthday, a reunion or a trip. Consumer albums and recaps are free, and Wrap+ adds more for $3.99 a month. **What do I get after the event?** Every photo, clip and voice note in one library with its usage record, the recap of the event, analytics on who took part and what they answered, the opted-in contacts with their consent wording, posts drafted for each platform in the brand’s voice, and on the Brand plan a written debrief to share as a PDF or a private link. **How long are photos kept?** Album contents stay until the album is deleted, the guest deletes their own items or the organizer removes them. Recaps made by a signed in user are kept until that user deletes them. A recap made without signing in is kept for 72 hours unless someone signs in to claim it. Location and camera details are stripped from photos before they are stored. **Can guests add videos and voice notes?** Yes. Clips go in alongside photos from the camera roll, and the guestbook takes notes and voice notes of up to fifteen seconds. **Does MyWrap use facial recognition?** Only for the guest, and only if they ask. Find me in the You tab matches one selfie against the album on the guest’s own phone. The selfie never leaves the phone, nothing about faces is stored, and matches go quietly into the guest’s photos. Brands never see it, and attendance is counted from what people did. **What counts as a participant?** A distinct person who uploaded, answered a prompt, entered a raffle or marked themselves as there. Opening the album alone does not count. **How much does it cost?** Event is $69 one time for one event with up to 250 participants. Brand is $249 a month, or $2,490 a year, for unlimited events and up to 2,500 participants a month. Enterprise is custom. Wrap+ for consumers is $3.99 a month or $24.99 a year. Creating a workspace is free, and its events hold up to 15 photos or videos, 5 guestbook messages, 5 feedback answers and 5 guests until a plan lifts the limits. Upgrading to Brand within 30 days takes the $69 off. **Does MyWrap post to social media for us?** No. The Social Library drafts posts for Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn in the brand’s voice, with the photos picked. A person on the team copies and posts them. **Does MyWrap send emails to our guests?** No. It drafts personal thank you notes for the standout guests, and the team sends them from its own email tool. Contacts appear only where a guest opted in. **Which CRMs does it connect to?** Klaviyo and HubSpot natively, plus a signed webhook, an API key and CSV export for anything else. Consent withdrawals pass through. The Brand plan keeps the sync running across every event with field mapping and backfill. **Does it work with bad signal?** Yes, within reason. A lite mode keeps the album usable on weak venue signal, and guests can keep adding photos after the event because the album stays open. ## 9. Glossary - **Album**: The shared space for one event. One link and one QR open it. There are 64. The recap is drawn in the same look. - **Recap**: The designed, swipeable story of the event built from the album, in the event’s look, shared by link and saved as video. It lives in the album’s Recap tab and updates as photos come in. - **Personal recap**: A recap for one guest: their photos, their answers and how everyone else voted, in the event’s look. - **Prompts**: The host’s questions inside the album: polls, hot takes, ratings, NPS, quizzes, rankings, question boxes, caption this, photo prompts, raffles, sign-up cards, and follow and shop cards.
